Varietals: 40% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Syrah, 8% Zinfandel, 12% Malbec
Origin: Eagles Nest Vineyard and Three Boys Vineyards, Black Sage Bench, Okanagan Valley
Each varietal of this red blend was fermented separately, before being blended back to barrel for another 6 months of elevage. Followed by another 18 months in 10% new French oak, then finished off for another year in bottle.
